Where is Borich Houses located in Madrid?
We are located on Costanilla de los Ángeles street, in the exclusive Palacio neighbourhood, right in the centre of Madrid. Just a 3-minute walk from the majestic opera theatre and the Royal Palace.
What is the booking process at Borich Houses?
- Send us a message through the Contact form on our website, specifying your ideal move-in date, approximate budget, preferred type of accommodation, and any other relevant details.
- We will send you information about your desired accommodation and the contract with the rules so you can review them and we can clarify any questions you may have.
- Once signed, before moving into your room or studio you’ll need to transfer the first month’s rent along with a security deposit equal to one month’s rent.
- When everything is in place, all that’s left is to arrange your check-in date.
Internal communications take place Monday to Friday, between 10:00 and 17:30, via WhatsApp. In case of emergencies outside these hours, we will do our best to respond as soon as possible.
What does the rent at Borich Houses include?
The rent at Borich Houses includes the following services: water, electricity, internet, heating, air conditioning, and cleaning of the common areas twice a week to keep them in perfect condition at all times.
How are the spaces organised?
Borich Houses consists of two main centres:
Centre 1:
- 3 comfortable studios with double beds, kitchens, and private bathrooms.
- 6 cosy rooms (one with private bathroom, the others share two bathrooms).
- Common areas (kitchen, living with dining area, laundry room, and terrace).
Centre 2:
- 5 comfortable studios with double beds, kitchens, and private bathrooms.
- 4 cosy rooms sharing two bathrooms.
- Common areas (living, kitchen with dining area, and laundry room).
Are there rooms for couples at Borich Houses?
Yes. All rooms designed for couples come with a private bathroom and their own kitchen.
What are the minimum and maximum stays?
The minimum stay is 4 months and the maximum is 11 months.
Can I extend my stay once I'm there?
Absolutely.
Are all rooms and studios furnished?
Yes, all rooms and studios at Borich Houses come fully furnished.
